Louisville was great this year. All the young horses did a very nice job. Turner Jake was fourth in a very competitive Two-Year Old Fine Harness class and Red Hawk Red Hawk received a nice fourth place in the Gaited Stallion Stake.  Master and Commander made a great first way in the Junior Five Gaited Class but was very naughty on the reverse and the line up. Even showing an attitude, he was sold and has gone to England. We can not wait to see him come back to Louisville next year. Red Baron made the best show of year in some very deep competition. Bill is back at home now bringing in next years crop of young horses to get ready for Louisville. Come out and see the horses he is working for the 2008 show season. Pretty nice!!!

Pictured above are some of the Louisville bound Champions from Bill Schoeman Stables. Master and Commander as well as Red Baron and Red Hawk Red Hawk have proven themselves in the show ring this year. There will be two youngsters making their debut at Louisville, Cloverleaf Turner Jake shown above and Cloverleaf Nimrod (not pictured). Turner Jake will be in the Two-Year Old Fine Harness division and Cloverleaf Nimrod will be in the Three-Year Old Five-Gaited division.

Schoeman Stables always brings great young horses to Louisville and this year will be no different. These young horses will be making heads turn when they fly through the gate. Red Baron, though bred by Bill, was actually born and started on another farm. He has been under the guidance of Bill Schoeman Stables since January. All of the other young horses were Bred, Raised and Trained by Bill Schoeman. There are always talented yearlings and weanlings  in the pastures at Schoeman Stables. The late summer and fall shows are always an exciting end to show season, but bringing the new yougsters in to see what they will do keeps the excitment going into the winter and keeps us occupied while we wait for the next show season.

Bill Schoeman Stables wishes the best of luck to everyone as they head toward Louisville! May your trip be safe.

See you in Freedom Hall.
